Raw material:Specially customize helium quality PVC, 100% new material(non-recycled), meet EN71 Part 2(fire resistant), EN71 Part3(Toxicity standard), ASTM D-1790(Cold crack, can bear -25^oC)

Printing: High resolution digital printing(1080*540 dpi), environmental friendly solvent ink, the printing can last more than one year for outdoor usage. We use Pantone®formula guide book to assure the colors match to company’s standard VIS(Visual Identity System).

Cutting:This work can not be finished by machine, so we only appoint skillful cutter to finish this job, cut as to the cutting plates strictly.

Welding:Adopt 12mm welding mould and 20mm mould for giant balloons, overlap welding to gain upmost strength, accurate connection on printings, fringes is not tolerant in Troy Balloon.

Leakage test:At least 8 hours leakage test, 100% inspect for every product. Make sure no leakage before leave our factory.

Packing: Use tissue paper to separate the printing when pack, poly bag, carry fabric bag and outer carton, which is standard. What all we have done on packing is to decrease the damage during transportation.
